Winthrop Square Capital ("WSC") is an independent, Boston-based private equity firm founded by an accomplished team with over two decades of experience sourcing and investing in private partnerships and co-investments. WSC seeks to provide investors with compelling returns through concentrated portfolios of private equity, venture capital, and special situation investments. The firm sources and invests in primary funds, secondary transactions, and co-investments. WSC is passionate about creating and maintaining a firm culture based on integrity, transparency, and investor alignment.

OUR TEAM
WSC is led by four seasoned investors that have over 100 years of collective private market investment experience. The Managing Directors are long-time colleagues and industry peers. Together, they bring highly relevant experience as investors, founders of funds-of-funds firms, and as heads of programs for a foundation, pension fund, and sovereign wealth fund.
DORR BEGNAL
Managing Director
Dorr is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of WSC. Prior to co-founding WSC, Dorr helped establish and build Park Street Capital, where he remains one of the Managing Directors involved with monitoring the firm's remaining private equity partnerships. During his tenure at PSC, Dorr helped raise and invest capital for 11 funds totaling approximately $3 billion.
BEN CLUFF
Managing Director
Ben is a Managing Director of WSC. Prior to joining WSC, Ben was the Head of Global Co-Investments for the Abu Dhabi Investment Council's private equity team. During his tenure at ADIC, Ben led ADIC's commitments to private equity and venture capital co-investments across a variety of industry sectors in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
ANTHONY LIMBERIS
Managing Director
Anthony is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of WSC. Prior to co-founding WSC, Anthony was a Managing Director at Fisher Lynch Capital where he was a member of the funds-of-funds and co-investment practices. Anthony helped raise and invest capital for six funds and was actively involved in many aspects of firm-wide decision making.
LINDA LYNCH
Managing Director
Linda is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of WSC. Prior to co-founding WSC, Linda was Co-Founder and Managing Director at Fisher Lynch Capital. During her tenure, she helped grow FLC to nearly $2 billion in assets across eight funds, and co-managed the firm across its three offices. Linda led FLC’s funds-of-funds practice.
