Dorr is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of WSC.  Prior to co-founding WSC, Dorr was a Co-Founder of Park Street Capital, where he remains one of the Managing Directors involved with monitoring the firm’s remaining private equity partnerships.  During his tenure at PSC, Dorr helped raise and invest capital for 11 funds totaling approximately $3.0 billion.  Dorr led or co-led several investment relationships in a variety of strategies including venture capital, growth equity, buyout, and special situations.  Prior to joining PSC, Dorr spent seven years with Cambridge Associates in the Alternative Assets Group.  Among other positions, Dorr worked as a Research Consultant responsible for the analysis of buyout, mezzanine debt, restructuring, non-marketable distressed securities, and special situations partnerships.  Dorr earned his BS from Clarkson University, where he has served as a trustee, was a recipient of the Golden Knight Award and an Honorary Doctorate, and is currently an Advisor to the Investment Committee.  In addition, Dorr serves on the Board of Directors of Hey Friend Foundation and Father Flanagan’s Fund for Needy Children, which provides support to Boys Town.
